(Personal observation: This is good, but it’s incomplete. I think by Christ’s example, all are worth suffering for. :)
Tumblr seems a good place to find some real, raw, beautiful art. I’m convinced all that art really is is someone paying attention, really observing life, looking at things and then conveying them. I love it when I can see the beauty that others see.
I named my own personal corner of this community “Iesous Christos”. This is the anglicized Koine Greek of “Jesus Christ”. I realize that naming my “tumblelog” this has the possibility of being sort of pretentious. I in no way wish to assume that I am equal to or greater than Christ, and I also just desire to make it clear that I am simply attempting to be a follower of His love. I named my log this specific name because it is much greater than any name that I could come up with. Making Him as large as possible and myself as little as possible, I am trying to help give us all some hope, that another world is possible, that another world is necessary, and that the Christ’s love has saved us all from our own destruction.
